Please take a moment to read the guidelines before booking to make sure my requirements are acceptable for you!
• LOCATION
Upon booking your appointment you will receive a confirmation email with time and date. 24 hours prior to your appointment you’ll receive a reminder email with exact address. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly to ensure you receive both emails with appointment details.
• PAYMENTS
A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due after booking which will go towards your balance
NO DEPOSIT means NO APPOINTMENT.
Remaining balances must be paid in CASH ONLY, CASH ONLY, CASH ONLY!!!
Please have your exact remaining balance because I do not always have change.
Please go to the ATM prior to your appointment to ensure you have your remaining balance in CASH.
• Lateness/Cancellations
I understand unforeseen events do occur but please remember that communication is key. I have a 15 minute grace period in place after 15 minutes an additional $15 is added to your total balance as a late fee. After 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled and your deposit is then forfeited.
Cancellations and Rescheduling MUST be done 24 hours in advance and your deposit can be rolled over ONCE! If I cancel you will receive a full refund of deposit or your deposit can rollover to reschedule. If you cancel without rescheduling you forfeit your deposit. Rescheduled appointments must be scheduled within the same month deposits will not rollover to the next month you will be required to pay a new deposit for a new appointment. To Cancel or Reschedule you must go back to your confirmation email. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the balance due!
NO CALL/ NO SHOWS will be charged full balance and banned from booking.
(to be unbanned is a $50 unbanned fee)
• HAIR REQUIREMENTS
Your hair must be 4 inches or longer anything under requires a consultation.
Your hair MUST be shampooed and blow dried upon arrival. Hair that isn’t blow dried properly will be charged a $15 fee.
PRODUCT FREE HAIR ONLY!
Absolutely no oils, grease, conditioners, edge control or detanglers.
DO NOT arrive with unclean, matted, tangled hair! Blow dryer with a comb is the best for these results.
Hair is included, I provide 1 and 1b ONLY it must be added on to your appointment by selecting Add-On. If you decide to bring your own hair the price will remain the same and you must bring the same hair brand I use specifically, Contact me about how much you will need and which brand.
• Additional Policies
Once your style is booked you CANNOT change it. Please be sure of what you want.
NO MASK = NO APPOINTMENT vaccinated or not vaccinated. If you feel any symptoms please reschedule or cancel, if I feel you have any symptoms you will be asked to leave and you won’t be able to book with me in the future.
NO EXTRA GUEST/ NO CHILDREN unless being serviced.
Any child being serviced MUST 10+ or if younger you must be confident that your child can sit good to get their hair done. They must be dropped off and picked up. You cannot sit with your child under any circumstances. I will allow you to come in to see where your child is for you to be comfortable but you cannot stay. Snacks are always provided but I ask for you to send a tablet, iPad or cellphone if you think it will make their experience easier
• TIMING
Please do not book if you have an event, appointment or etc. I will not rush my work! Timing isn’t always accurate due to head sizing, length of hair, sizing of braids and thickness of hair. Book when you are free.
Small knotless can only be booked for 8:15am if you do not follow this instruction your appointment will unfortunately be cancelled.
